Onviewer works on all modern smartphones and desktop devices. Any Apple phone or tablet, modern Android device or desktop computer should work perfectly. Most mobile reading devices like Kindle readers with built in web browsers will also work.

Onviewer works using all major web browsers on all mainstream devices. Specifically we support modern versions of: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer 8 or greater when used on the following operating systems: Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Linux.

Please contact our support staff and let us know which book you are having trouble reading and what device you are trying to read it on. Our technical staff will look into the problem and a support representative will get back to you as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours.

All of our content is fully dynamic. Whether you want to read books, listen to music or audiobooks, any iOS device, Android device or desktop computer will allow you to enjoy all of our media.

If you are having any issue on Onviewer we kindly ask that you contact our support staff. Please specify the issue as well as the content category (book, music, audiobook) and the title of the product you are having trouble with. Our technical staff will troubleshoot the problem and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be in touch within 24-48 hours.

BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP

Upon cancelling your membership, a confirmation will be sent to the email that was used during the creation of your account. You may update your email on file with a live representative at 1-866-765-7207 or by sending a request through our contact form. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation to your email, please follow up with a support representative. You may also want to check your spam/junk mail.

Once you have successfully cancelled your membership, and received a confirmation email, there should not be any further charges. If there has been an error, please immediately contact one of our live representatives toll free 1-866-765-7207 so we can resolve the matter.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Once you have cancelled your membership, you will retain access to your account for the remainder of your term. You will not receive any additional billing after your account has been cancelled.

Refund Eligibility:

a) If you have experienced technical problems, been a subject of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing error has occured on your account.
b) If the website does not deliver the experience you expected, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Status:
Refunds are processed within 24 hours. A correspondence will be sent out to the email on file with a confirmation. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for a refund or credit to appear in your account.
